Regional energy rates

Why your region matters
The difference between the cheapest and dearest region is several pence per kWh on electricity plus a daily charge gap. Over a year that is real money, and it is not something you can negotiate away — it is built into the cap where you live.

Common questions
How do I know which region I am in?
Enter your postcode in the check-my-rate tool. Where a postcode area spans two regions we say so rather than guessing.
Can I choose a different region?
No. Your region follows your distribution network, not your supplier.
